Default Need pics of SILVERSTONE hardtop

im looking for some pics to compare between OEM hardtop and mugen one on a SilverStone S2000, i tried to look through the picsture section, i stopped at about page 170ish. ALSO, whats the different between seibon hardtop from hardtopguy.com and the mugen one?
Do you guys think black top or silverstone color that matches the car better?

P.S it would be great if the picsutre is taken on the side.

oem looks better unless you have other mods...in my opinion the mugen top overpowers a stock cars appearance...i got my oem top this morning and couldnt be happier

How much is an OEM hardtop? Is it expensive $$? Does it get more quiet inside with a hardtop?

technically, Mugen is OEM. OEM will always be better fit and finish. I just dont like the Mugen top. I think the Honda aluminum top is so much nicer. They're around $2800-3000 shipped. They come painted, as well. The seibon top doesnt come with any mounting hardware, and it also does not come with the window. After those expenses, you're looking as much as the mugen fiberglass top or the honda hardtop roughly.

look on ebay for "oem honda hardtop" or "honda hardtop". You will find the OEM honda aluminum top at dealers for around $2600+200 shipping. Some places were even selling for $2650 shipped. They were quoting a 2-3 week wait time.

BTW, make sure you type in hard top as 2 seperate words on ebay. I see many for $2600+200 shipping.

what? I'm talking about buying thru a dealer, though. local shop? Im talking about a OEM HONDA hardtop.....from a Honda dealer. If you dont wanna use ebay, just take the phone number for the dealer from the auction...and call them up and say you want the hardtop for the ebay price of $2800 shipped. They shouldnt give you any ****. It's a secure transaction....from a HONDA DEALER. lol i dont see how it could get much more reliable.

the oem top makes it look more classy and retro sort of like a old school roadster shape, the mugen it's not that retro looking to me, it has that modern look to it. but I like the oem a lot and yes $2800 in ebay it's easy to find.
