hard shifting into gear...

hard shifting into gear...
anyone know the problem why its hard shifting into gear? is it because of the tranny? or the shifter fork? every time i shift my gear its really hard to put it in.

shift linkage....... if if grinds it could be your syncros........ check to see if you have the right amount of fluid in tranny..What is actually happening when you're trying to shift, any sounds etc??
