With something like this your probably going to want to research it your self anyway. So if i said "yo get get the skunk2 my ninja! they have the most aggressive lobe profile for a stage two and there pretty cheap son". You would just end up looking it up anyway.

You definitely need to think this through more, it's not something you want to have to do twice. Simply put, there is not one "end all" cam that you drop in and makes the most horsepower. This is greatly determined by the compression ratio you plan on running, N/A or F/I, and any supporting bolt ons (well designed header, intake manifold) because you could have the raddest cam in the world but a ractive header is going to hold it back.

There is no universal "stage 2" cam, stage 4 of one company could be stage 2 of another. I would say look into Skunk2's lineup, maybe the Skunk2 Stage 1. You could even consider the RM M##X lineup (M22x, M21X, etc). But before anyone can give you solid advice, we really need to know what the rest of the build consists of. If you're looking for something mild, even the hype R cams would give a B16 a little more pep, if tuned.

my set up is a b16 with cold air but im gonna build a ice man style intake to put on it 4-1 headers 2.5 in exhaust no cat N1 muffler. i think that pretty much does it for power adders i ran a 15.0 at the track and i wanna get to the mid 14's then ill be happy

Set of slicks will get you to 14's... To answer your question, I've had good results many years ago when I first started building my motor, using CTR cams...but I'd get a good programmable computer too and get your car tuned with all the mods you're getting.
