i have a 94 si hatch with a 99 ls swap with headers and exhaust my next mods are cold air intake fuel inectors fuel pump forged low comp injectors and rods and ecu i was wondering wat would be the best ecu and what else am i going to need to slap on a turbo kit.....

You can't just slap on a turbo kit. Doesn't really matter what ecu since it will need to be chipped for the tuning. Don't waste money on cai or header since you are going to go turbo.
