Default DOHC zc, replaced distributor now no spark.

Ok, I have a 1990 rt4wd wagon with a DOHC zc. The old distributor was leaking oil internally (NOT from the o-ring) so I went ahead and bought a reman'ed 89 integra distributor. New cap and rotor as well. The distributor is stamped TD-03U

I lined up the distributor with the slot in the intake cam, plugged the two electrical connectors in, and put the plug wires back on as they were on the old distributor.

I have no spark.

Am I missing something here? What can I do to test various components and track down the problem?

Ok, here's a dumb question...
Is the little bolt that holds the rotor in place still installed? Also, did you check to make sure that the plugs for the distributor are ok (no loose pins, etc...)? Did you crank the engine with the distributor cap off and verify that the rotor is turning?

Yep, rotor screw's still in it and it turns when I crank. No loose pins.

Are you seeing 12v at the ignition coil?
edit:
The black wire with the yellow stripe should show 12v when the ignition is switched to the run position.

Not throwin any codes...then again it hasnt been run yet. lol

so I should be looking for an open between the distributor and ignition switch?

The fuse is good. I'm going to replace the igniter and go over the ignition wiring tomorrow, I'll update then.

I'm thinking that replacing the ignitor won't help too much. Didn't your new distributor come with a new one in it? At any rate, definitely check the coil wiring.
