Default Kind of lost? any tips or help?

Okay, I took apart my engine, sent the head to the machine shop, they took off the dizzy and whatnot, and now I dont want to really mess up timing..

How do I know if the head is at TDC? how do I setup the dizzy? and tips?

You spin the camshaft by way of the cam gear until the word "UP" is facing...up...

As for the dizzy, did you mark it like you're supposed to?

PS:
That's for SOHC.

If you have a DOHC there's 2 arrows (one on each gear), spin them until they face each other.
