How do you take out the long left and right panels in the rear?

Hey guys, i have to take out the rear left and right panels from my 99 LS.. does anyone have a scan of a helms manual or any instructions or anything? Thanks..

Uhhh, just find the screws/bolts/snaps and remove them? Rear seat removal is a must.
