I have a 2002 Accord V6 Coupe. Im looking to buy an exhaust for the car, (I have my eyes set on the Apexi WS or the Tanabe Medallion). This may be a n00b question, so please forgive me, but there are two of them, the dual and the single. I was wondering if you guys can tell me the significance of the two. Does it make a big difference between the two? Ive tried searching but couldnt find any thread thats older than january of this year. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.

 

There really isnt any big difference other then having one muffler vs two. the single will have one pipe all the way through while the dual will have one pipe up till about the rear axle and splits off into two (like the stock setup).

 

the dual will be heavier and usually more expensive due to more piping and a extra muffler. whether you want to go with single or dual will be preference and whether your serious enough about performance to want to save some weight by going with a single.
