Default which is better

ok im gettin ready to start puttin together my LS vtec tomorrow but im kinda thrown into a perdicament and wanted to see which one of the following two people prefer. for the ls vtec i have 2 b16 heads that i can use. the first being an OBD0 91 JDM B16A head and the 2nd being an OBD1 94 B16A3 head? this going to be matted to a 95 B18B1 and then be dropped into my 90 crx. does anyone kno of any pros or cons to using a JDM or USDM head? thanks everyone quick responses would be appreciated as im doin this tomorrow. oh yea another thing which would be worth more to keep un-used "as a spare" in the long run. thanks again

go with the newer one, the cams on the obd0 heads are pretty weak.
