sony cd changer adapter for stock stereo?
anybody know where i can get one? i have the stock tape deck in my 94 LS and i also have a sony cd changer that was in my brothers eg. i searched but did not come up with anything. on ebay i saw someone with the same stock deck selling the alpine cd changer and an adapter for it, so i know they're out there.
i think those alpine cd changers were designed to work with the factory radio, but i may be wrong, i don't really remember.
can the sony be fm modulated?
can the sony be fm modulated?
i have no idea what fm modulated means. but i dont think the alpines were designed to work with the factory radio because i found sites that had an adapter to fit the stock radio.
an fm modulator conects in-line with your antenna and you set your radio to a certain station. a unit like this would have a seperate controller for the cd changer

thanks man! i looked through that site too! but after i kept going down and kept seeing alpine i stopped. do you guys think its worth it? only reason i want to put the cd changer is because i dont want the bling factor from aftermarket decks. i dont want to give theifs more of a reason to steal my car or break into it. my brothers hatch and his eclipse have already been broken into in front of our house.

to tell you the truth i would buy a cheap ipod and get an interface cable for that. but seeing as you have the changer already, just search around for a better price, $80 is a bit steep.
