Default A/C Problem. Whirring sound, not very cold air.

Ok so i changed out most of my system to r134. evap, dryer, and compressor. I replaced the pressure switch bc it was bad and i charged the system with some quick charge kit. filled it to full and its blowing slightly cold air nothing spectacular. when i turned it off full blast i can here a whirring sound that sounds like its coming from the dash area. it goes whir....whir.....whir....whir (about ever 2 seconds) any one have an idea what that is?

every car should have a cabin filter, it will not be as cold if you didn't vacuum it

its probably your blower moter in your center counsol if air isn't moving into your cabin (the whirring is the fan blades slipping off the motor shaft in your blower. as far as coldness you just changed it over so it should be full of refridgerant so it must be something else mechanically wrong. when you fire up your ac and turn your fan on go to by your battery and look through the scope hole at your ac fluid. if you see it moving (the green fluid) let us know Also make sure your air is confined to internal circulation (button right beside AC button). If no fluid is moving through the scope then make another post here and ill see what i can tell ya. I replaced my fan after hearing similar sounds and the AC blew wicked sic. Frosty eyebrows for all y'all .
