Default when lauching first gear come's out

when i m at the track everytime i lauch my first gear comes out any help that, cause in the street it's totally different

tranny fluid is prob low. I had the same thing happening to me checked the fluid and it was low added it problem went away.

Well i know it might be obvious but how are you seating. If your arm is some what stretching to reach the shifter. When you pop the clutch your body put be pulling the shifter back and out of gear. I seen my friend do it a couple of times because when he is driving normally he tends to lean the seat back alot. Haha. Its funny sometimes.

keep both hands on the wheel when you launch. then grab the shifter after the initial lurch. dont hang on the shifter.
