Default Clutch won't fully disengage when hot

The setup in my Del Sol VTEC is a Spec stage 3 (6 puck ceramic) clutch, with a Fidanza aluminum flywheel. When the car has been running for a while, I start having problems with the tranny.

Hard shifts start grinding slightly, and reverse gives a large shudder/grind as you push it in (car stationary). I assume this problem is caused by the clutch not fully disengaging. It has only started doing this in the last few months, and as I said only when hot.

Anyone have any ideas before I pull the tranny? So far I have replaced the clutch slave cylinder, replaced and bled the clutch fluid, and replaced the tranny oil. The clutch master cylinder has also been recently replaced.

John.

Clutch disk is saturated or contaminated maybe.

well i'm having similar problems during long (hot) rides, but instead of grinding my tranny will not shift without massive force.. if I shut the car off it will go into gear

I got the exedy organic clutch kit really cheap from a seller here on h-t marketplace, so i'm guessing that's what I get for being a cheap ***.

The AI4-XXSS (XX) means x-treme pressure plate, rated 50-120% more clamp load over stock, (SS) street and race full faced disc
