Default oil pressure guage install help

Ok, I bought a mechanical oil pressure guage for my B16A 91 CRX Si. Soon to be boosted B16A, but anyway, where is the best place to install the little sending unit? Should I buy an oil filter adaptor, or try to rig it to the existing oil pressure sensor? Or, could I tie it into the direct oil pressure line that will run to the turbo? A little advice would help from someone who has done it.

if you have a sending unit then wouldnt that be a electric gauge not maunel. i might be wrong on that. but you can buy your turbo feed and oil drain line kit from stealthmodeperformance and he also has a firewall oil line kit to help mount your gauge in a car. your feed kit will come with a block fitting so you can keep your factory sensor and feed oil to your turbo but if you have the firewall oil tee then you can use the tee to feed your turbo and mount the sending unit to in. hope that helps and its not to confusing.
turbo oil line kit.

I bought a complete oil kit from treadstone performance, here is the link

http://www.treadstoneperforman...l+kit

It comes with the turbo kit I bought. It doesn't have what your talking about. So can I run it off one of the T fittings or should I try to replace the factory light sending unit? On a B16 is that all the factory sensor does just turn on the light? Or does the ECU get other info from it???

Use an oil filter adaptor with dual ports. You can then use 1 port for the oil feed and the 2nd for the oil press. gauge. (you can see one on my store page)

It will serve you much better than a T'ing off of T's.

How much is just the oil filter adaptor by itself? How big ar the ports in it. I was looking at another one that had 4 ports on it, but they looked alot smaller than yours. Those are some badass CRXs' on your store page. Where are you located?

Thanks
The fitting is 3/8
I was actually installing an oil psi gauge in mine last night and realized I was out of 3/8 to 1/2 fittings
