Best 1/4 mile time!
Well, decided to go to the drag strip last night and get a few runs in. Here are my three best runs. 14.355 @ 97.049 mph, 14.274 @ 96.342 mph and my personal best 14.208 @ 97.316 mph. This was at 4,000 feet above sea level and with 90 octane gas (the highest available here). What do you guys that ocasionally drag race your cars think i would run at sea level, or close to it and with some 93 or 94 octane gas?
I/H/E Adj cam gears, fuel pressure reg, 8.5 mm plug wires, spoon radiator cap, TODA flywheel, JDM Final drive, ACT SS disc with heavy duty PP, C's short shifter. No power stearing or AC belts. Used a set of BFG drag radials for the drag strip.

Tuned as far as on a dyno, no. I am waiting to put my car on a dyno until i get a set of different cams and a VAFC. The nearest dyno is several hours away from where i live and i don't feel it is really worth it to drive that far just to adjust my cam gears and fuel pressure. I have played with the fuel pressure settings, timeing, and cam gear adjustments at the drag strip, the best i can do for now.
you would have run a 13.512 according to http://www.cronusmotorsports.com/tec...artermile.html
I doubt higher octane gas would change that too much if you wern't knocking.
