Failed emissions
I failed on hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide. Here are the results:
Standard HC (PPM)= 141 My car= 305
Standard CO (%)= .79 My car= 2.95
This was on the low speed test. High speed was fine. Anyone know causes?

Sorry
most important thing. AEM CAI, chikara header, greddy mx catback, B&M FPR. I bought my car with all of this and I haven't touched the FPR. It passed last year easily.

I'd source out some stock parts and check the catalyst converter. I know of a few people with turbocharged cars who converts it back to NA before emissions testing. Do a tuneup on the car, you'll be surprise what that might yield.
the biggest trick in the book is leaning it out when doing smog. maybe your fpr needs tuning. most smog shops can do this on the machine but they charge you from diagnostics/labor.
