hey i got a deal on some pretty good itr rears, im thinking about picking this up but have heard many times that theres goin to be a big gap?

can someone give me some info on how to install the seats without a gap?

 

I don't believe they line up. The metal piece that separates the rear seats is more towards one side and on the itr's it is more towards the opposite side.

 

You need to get the DB8 ITR bottom piece.

 

Anything will fit with a little ingenuity followed by fabrication... that is if you have access to a welder and can weld if not see what other people did. If you can i sugguest making a reinforcement plate like the sparco ones http://www.rallylights.com/Spa...9.jpg very easy to make weld them into your floor, bolt them to the seats making sure its all centered and your good to go. Thats what i did on my car and its perfect, you can put the seat wherever you want get longer nuts if you want the seat up higher, its safe, and you can put any kind of seat in w/o paying up the wazoo for "custom" seat brackets to make seats fit. Just an idea tho...
