I would say put a little bit of gas down each spark plug hole thendisconnect the coil or dizzy or ecu fuse and prime the car (turm the motor over)for a good 30-sec with the plugs out and again when the plugs are back in to build up oil pressure.
Then you should be good to go.
"break in" is to seat the rings to the piston wall. Because this motor does not have new rings you dont need any break in.

put some fresh oil in it and crank it up. after 5 minutes of driving do another oil change to syntec and beat the hell out of it.
make sure you do a tune up... fuel filter, air filter, plugs etc....

what would the gas in the cylinders do?
I do know the break in process for new rings, I just wanted to know how to safely wake my ngine back up from hibernation hah

what is what I had planned to do, put some cheap 5-30 in it and allo it to get to full operating temp then shut it off and start it up again and then change to oil to mobi1 5w-30
thanks for both of your responses
