Where to Dyno, and Tune

Hey i was wondering if anyone knows where i can go to tune and dyno my car, my zip code is 10960, nyack, new york. i am looking for places as far as 1 1/2hrs away.
Ps. I live right on hudson river, same town as the palisades Mall, and right near the tappanze bridge

ima be gettin my car street tuned by xenocron, he's in passaic county, northern jersey. very nice guy
he doesn't have a dyno, but he does dynotunes, so i'm sure he would know where some close dyno's are

when i went to Ev... website i saw 500 dollar for the minimum price, i just want to tune my jdm h22a with bolt ons and no balance shafts with a cold air, is that a good price???
i'm pretty sure evan doesn't use crome
and there's no such thing as a crome ecu, haha. you buy a chipped ecu (from phearable.net or elsewhere) for like $130'ish, then you burn whatever software you want onto it, crome, neptune, etc

To be tuned on Crome all you need to have is a chipped OBD1 VTEC ECU and a properly running car.
