Removing IM bracket on SH

Removing IM bracket on SH
Well i had an open wrench on it and couldnt get enough on it to break it loose and cant fit anything longer in there. And from underneath i cant even see it. If i take the ATTS unit out will i be able to get to it pretty easily ?? What do i have to do to get this bolt off ?
