I must have called 3000 places all over America and no one has it. I have all the tooling to start bending, but can't find the damn tubes. Anyone know a place?

From what I know you can only temper up as in you can start from 0 and heat treat it up to 4 5 6 what ever, but not down. I may be wrong?

Annealed tubing is basically temper 0. Annealing relieves any previous heat treatment. I've seen tube listed as alloy xxxx annealed. so then it's full soft and ready for bending. If you need it treated after bending it's up to you to find a heat treatment place

Edit: I remember ordering some bends for the catback on my sti from you. You're in florida right? These guys might be able to help you out. I assume you're buying in large quantity for bending?

I was going to suggest aircraft spruce, but it seems the 6061-0 is only offered in small diameters there.

While at the aircraft spruce site I did run across this and thought it would be cool for someone learning how to weld Alum. to have

BARGAIN BAG OF ALUMINUM

I found a place, after calling the places you guys suggested and asking them, who led me to some people, who knew some other people, who sold the stuff.
