Ok, so here's my project.. I have a 98 dx automatic which i have converted to manual... I've used 98 ex harness underneath the dash for the pedal assembly and i have a 98 ex 5spd engine harness... My engine is a 2001 B18c1 Gsr.. so here's my question... my harness (98ex manual) does not have the Crank position sensor... Do i need it? I'm trying to ref my swap.. (something you have to do in California so Cops dont harrass you) also.. the ECU that I'm gonna use is a P72 96-98.. I would really appreciate any help.. thanks

 

IF YOUR ECU DON'T SEE THE CRANK SENSOR THAN IT SHOULDNT BE A PROBLEM AT ALL. OBD DONT MATTER BUT SENSE YOU ARE IN CALI.

 

ok.. well i think im gonna finish wiring this bad boy up.. one more thing what wires do i need to extend?? where's the plug for the second O2 sensor? do I splice from the first one or do i need to run wires to the ecu...? THanks again..
