they do indeed fit. you just have to remove the tabs that hold old cluster. it hangs there, and when you tighten the screws to the cluster cover it holds it still. ive had mine on for awhile now. no problems whatsoever.

in the FAQ theres a how to. check it out. ill see if i find it for you.

the only thing is that you need an electronic vss

You have to get the plugs made for that cluster. I have a 95 gsr cluster in my crx.

Didn't have to modify the cluster hood at all or even put screws in to hold it in place. It fits nicely.

You will also need to wire up the VSS. Do some searching in the archives. You will find everything you need.

have you ever done this? Ever seen it in person? It fits fine. It fits better with the newer, curved cluster hood from the 91's.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by beatthisspeed69 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">ok i got the plugs that came off the gsr cluster but they are the 99 si plugs...they go in and everything but do i wire them up just as i would the gsr plugs</TD></TR></TABLE>

The si and gsr wires are different which only means you'll be looking at three wire diagrams instead of two when you rewire yours. You need to 'convert' your plugs to gsr and then wire your factory harness to it. Make sure to go only a couple wires at a time and SOLDER every connection.

Not true. They are all the same. Only difference might be the wiring for it.

A little diagram I made...

I'm not sure if the civic plugs are the same as the crx...but here are the wires for the plugs on 88-89 crx's...
