My horn and cruise control are not working on my civic 2000 EX -- there is no click from the horn button when I press it and the cruise control button's light works, but nothing lights up on dash. I thought it could be either a brake pedal switch issue or power relay? Any ideas? Thanks!

 

same problem here. My horn and CC also doesnt work. I've determined that My Horn needs a relay as power goes to it but doesn't come through. I reccomend you get a multimeter very useful.

 

Yes, I've suspected that Cruise and horn's operation are somehow connected... The problem here is I don't even know where the power relay for the horn is located... And where did you get the multimter?

 

Sears has a bunch of craftsmen multimeter

 

I have some what of the same problem but its only my cruise control that does work on my eg.
