You will need the 5 lug rotors and calipers, ITR master cylinder, 4040 prop valve off of like a 92 integra NON-ABS, and ebrake cables.

Everything new onto your existing knuckle and spindle?

Wheel bearings, hubs, rotors, calipers, brake lines, pads, 98+ Integra 1" master cylinder

You don't need the prop valve. See my bio for a link to my 96 DX 5-lug thread. There is a pic in it of parts on a pallet. You'll need most of those parts minus the trailing arms (don't quote me on that though).

why does this guy need a MC or a prop vavle? his Em1 has them already. You'll need wheel bearings, hubs, rotors, calipers, brake lines. Your axles should bolt right up...well thats only if you use the usdm 5 lug setup.

His axles will work if he uses CTR 5-lug as well. I'm using D series axles with my CTR brakes.

Dont know about the prop valve, if the EM1 brings a 40/40 but he does need to upgrade his MC. Not necessary if you're broke, car is driveable but wouldn't recommend it.
