i have a crx ee8 with 1st gen b16a1 and i got i tuned for about 1 year ago. i dont know what it is tuned with? i cant reach the tuner by phone or mail either,
i wonder if i can tell wath it is chiped with by looking at the chip?
please help me

 

1. find out if it is obd1 or non obd.
obd1 can be tune with : hondata, chrome, neptune etc...
obd0 can be tune with , BRE, turbo edit.


if you are using a FMU and VAFC / you have been tune with the butt dyno...

if i find out what type it is tuned with, could i buy the same prog and copy the prog i have now?

 

If you have a VAFC... it was probably a stock ecu and VAFC tuned.

 

no its not because it is another chip in the ecu and i saw when they picked it out and made changes in it

 

So the VAFC is just a christmas lightshow then...

What is the ECU code on your ecu? Its probably BRE (obd0 vtec).

 

they tuned a little on the ecu and a little on the vafc, i dont know why.
