There are 2 black wires on the conversion harness that each go into black wires on the dizzy plug. I had the same problem where my car would not start either, I just switched the black wires. There is no way to tell them apart. These wires go into the OBD0 dizzy plug.

Hope this isn't confusing.

the harness is from eBay the obd1 dizzy is has the connectors that plugs into it wired to the obd0 harness. The first connector goes org/blu>org/blu, org>org, w/blu>w/blu, w>w, thick white> yellow green, c1 on the ecu>blue green, c2 on the ecu to blue yellow. the second connector is wired blk/y>blk/y, blue>blue. Is that the correct way to wire it?

im having the same problem only im getting spark but im still getting a code 8...what i did to fix the problem with dizzy is i wired it straight to the jumper harness to elimanate any possibilities of a problem being in the wiring harness. you may want to try that gL.

Im having a similar problem but mine is with the Crank Position Sensor, i cant get it to go away period. Not trying to thread jack at all but does anybody know where to pin the 2 wires for the crank position sensor?

I think your problem is definetly wiring related.

I dont think that has to do anything with the cylinder position sensor if you ask me. On mine, all i had to do with something for the dizzy was pin the CKP sensor, i pinned it at B10 and B12 like it said and its still throwing a code 4. Dizzy has been replaced also and wiring is good all they way to the ecu pin so i dont think i have the correct pin locations

Well you need to figure out if your specific ECU is obd 1 or 2. Once you do that your straight and you can get the correct pinouts on here somewhere.

I guess ill hit them up on here and see what they say about it.
