They look like Honda sensors, but there's nothing unique about a "GS-R" sensor.

Yup... Youve either got OBD-0/1/2. Couldnt tell YOU what you got tho. how many wires? 2 or 4?

Wouldn't the wires be longer if it were from a GSR since the bung is at the end of the header? I forget if the harness is that long
