Default 98 HX... sputtering / bogging, no codes, what could it be?

Ok so my 98 civic hx is bogging after i replaced the HX header with an ex header and full exhaust (including cat. converter)

That ALL i did, simple. Now the car is bogging and sputtering randomly... there is no rhyme or reason to it, it just happens out of the blue. It will seem fine most of the time then bam bog.. bog.. resume normal operation. Heres what i did:

New Spark Plugs
New Spark Wires
New Dizzy + retime ignition

Still bogging! It seems a lil better but its definitely still bogging. I am running out of option. there are NO CODES. What could it be? The car ran fine before i swapped headers... my next guesses would be:

Check tps voltage
Bad MAP sensor?
Something fuel related? Filter, fpr, etc?

Any ideas on what could be causing this? It feels like when your ignitor or something is dying and the car is fine most of the time then randomly will feal like either 1 or 2 cylinders dont combust then it will feel normal again....

How bigs the exhaust? could be an issue w/ back pressure from a large exhaust...
