removing del Sol rear speaker panels

Default removing del Sol rear speaker panels

i know this may be a total newb question but what is the easiest way to remove the rear speaker panels on a del so. thanks

Unless mine is missing a bolt, I think it's only a matter on pulling on it from the side(right beside the door). It's held with plastic retainer. You might have to pull off the center piece though. The center piece comes off the same way. Gently pull on it and it will pop out.

remove the panel below the window by pulling firmly... When you put this back on, don't bang the **** out of it or it can distort the color of the plastic over time where it is stressed. Mine now has white marks from the previous owner.

After that panel is out, remove the two screws that hold the speaker cover to the rear wall. Then pull it straight forward.
Replace in reverse order.
