Cams holder or Cams Clamp Torque Specs
I finally got the pulley out, I need some help getting torque spec for the cams because i just rebuilt my head. CAn you guys help me out? Thanx again

for non vtec the torque specs are 86 in-lbs. The 6mm bolts on the vtec head cam caps are 86 in-lbs and the 8mm bolts are 20 ft-lbs. The sprockets for non vtec are 27 ft-lbs and for vtec 41 ft-lbs. good luck
