Clutch chirp?
(2002 Si so long clutch pedal travel we all know. Only 45k miles)
Everytime I shift and release the clutch the last inch or so, I can hear a little "chirp" that sounds like a tiny tire chirp. Would this be the clutch?

I would say yes, if you have an aftermarket clutch setup. Do you? Otherwise I've never had a stock clutch chirp.
Racing clutches sometimes make that chirping sound as they begin to bite into the flywheel.

I think you have no idea what this thread is about.
To the OP I would say check the cable, maybe something somewhere just needs some wd40
