Default Can I reuse Buddy Club head gasket with only 5 miles on it?

I bought a .4mm Buddy Club head gasket, put it on, test drove it, literally less than 5 miles, then my intake cam locked up (due to us rushing and not paying attn to cam bearing cap arrows!! in the process of getting it machined now). Anyhooo, when I get it back, am I ok to reuse that gasket? I mean the thing was like $80! And it is pristine still, I know it's still recommended to buy a new one, just wondering what ppl thought. I searched, but all the "reuse headgasket" questions on here are from ppl trying reuse it after 1000's of miles... which is dumb. This might be dumb too, I'll leave it up to you guys to tell me.

So it was only run once, up to operating temp, drove for a few mins, then off and taken apart. Whaddaya think? B16A by the way.

I hate when people throw this crap out there like they know everything because they read it in an auto manual.

You may be able to reuse it. I've reused head gaskets before. It doesnt always work. But potentially saving $80 might be worth a couple hours.

That's what I'm thinking, and it's not like it takes incredibly long or is very hard to take the head back off later to do the gasket. And I thought that since it's a solid gasket, not the layered type like OEM, that it might be safer in my case. So I guess unless I hear some convincing arguments to the contrary, I'm going to try to reuse it... Still open to input though!

Spray some copper spray on it and try it.... you should more than likely be good. Its worth the try to save 80 bucks imo.
