Default gauge cluster fuse keeps popping! Help me out please!!!

Hey guys while i was driving few nights ago all of a sudden my cluster, interior, front sidemarkers, corner signals, and taillights stop working. The problem is the fuse for the instrument cluster/tailights popped and i tried to replace it with 10,15,20,25,30 amp fuses and it keeps popping as soon as i turn over the light switch on my steering column. I spent hours tryingn to figure it out, i took off my whole front end to check for wires shorting out, took out my whole climate control and ripped out my indash tv to see if thats the problem, and even ripped apart my dash to check if my alarm has loose wires or wires grounding/shorting out. I found nothing wrong i even rewrapped all wires with electrical tape. This problem is really bugging me and id really appreciate fellow hondatech members help since you guys are hella useful and given good information/help many times before!!!
Help a brotha out!!!!

thanks
