Default B16a Turbonetics NXexpress on a 88 CRX

Hey guyz, just joined. Got a little project of my own. 1988 Honda CRX. Swapped in a B16a G1, and loved it. Done alot of suspension work, full rollcage, Falken Azenis tires, NT01's for the strip. Put a Turbonetics kit on it @ about 8 psi, going to have a Hondata S300 installed, along with a Nitrous Express intercooler kit. I'll get some pics up soon as i find a website that will support em. No fancy bodywork, just more of a sleeper, i like it that way.

OK, there wasn't any tech in that post, but sounds like a decent setup.
The intercooler sprayer is a crock of shizzle IMO.

Well, my Crx was just dropped off at King Motorsports. I miss it already. Pretty much just a Obd1 conversion and a little tuning for the bigger injector. Didn't like Turbonetics extra 2 injectors mounted into the intake tube. Plus the S300 has alot of features i like. . . . ;; miss my baby already. Hey, thanks for gettn' the pics up there Autoworks, awesome job !

Its Full Cage, SCCA approved. Friend i bought it from built the car for Track and won a few events in SCCA on just a Stock B16a and cold air intake. He is a genius at fabricating. Actually he just started his own shop in Fulton Illinois. I'll get a few more pic of the car once i get it back and weather warms up a bit.
Heck, once it gets back from King Motorsports with fully tuned turbo ready for me, it will be like a brand new car. Take me a while to get use to driving it again. >> So Excited <<
Stock engine ran around a steady 15.5 1/4mile. If i try to trim some weight off would be a bit quicker. Rollcage doesn't help much. Car weighs around 2660, yeah, a freakn' heavy sled i tell ya.

Check out my myspace to see a few videos of the CRX on the 1/4 before turbo install. Averaged around 15.5 , dam rollcage adds alot of weight.

Well ... good news and bad news. I shaved off a few lbs and got it to 2460 total weight but ran into problems at KingMotorSports. They could only install the S100 due to electrical issues and tuned it @ 6lbs boost. Finish product was 221.36 HP and Torque was 163.66 ! gained around 70+ hp from stock motor. Torques steers like a **** now too. Will have videos soon on my myspace. May 25th i'm hittn' the track to try to get a decent 1/4 time. I'm hoping for high 13's.
370cc RC injectors
S100
Map Sensor / Distributor
I run on Falken Azenis 615 on the street. they last abour 1 1/2 to 2 years if i take it easy but the best dam tire. I highly recommend them. For the track i will be using Nitto NT-01 untill i blow them out. Yes, i bought the wrong tire. Slap me. Once they gone i will convince the wife i need the 555r's and 555nt' int he back. Added Phantom Grip inside tranny to help spin. Works great also for the price i paid for it. Increases the Torque steer but i'll live with it. Spinning is fun but bad.
Also Ripped out the rear end to shave off some weight. brought the total vehicle wieght (including myself) to 2460lbs. Pics soon also.
