anyone ever re-finish enkei rsv's or other enkei's
the lip on my rsv's is all messed up from corrosion I am guessing that it had to do with dirt sitting on the lip for a week or so
I have tried to use polish on them and buff the greish color out however it seemed as thought that did not work the blemishes may have turned even more grey
so I figure that I might want to sand the lip down on these and re polish them however I am worried that the whole lip might turn grey
any answers to my concerns???

I repolished the lips on my Enkei conpe 8s myself. Started off with 120 grit sandpaper, then 220, then 600, 800, 1500, and finally 2200 grit. It takes time but it will come out nice. Just be sure to use metal polish as your last step after sanding and cleaning. Then, if you can afford it, get them clear coated or just polish them once a month or as needed to keep the shine.
