I had my gsr block sleeved and bored to a 84mm, i got eagle lightweight forged crank and forged rods, i still have my wiseco 8.8:1 84mm pistons and i just got them coated but now that i look at things; i need something more reliable so i want to do an all-motor build now...
goals to accomplish:
Rev 10K rpms safely
run the highest compression but still use 93 oct gas
run the best cams for ITBs with out have a shitty idle (i.e. vtec killer cams)
My plans:
sk2 pro 2 cams
sk2 dual valve springs
sk2 retainers
ferrera valves
wiseco 12.5:1cr 84 mm pistons
TWM ITBs
aem ems
flaming is welcome, better advice is greatly appreciated

Id re-evaluate the goals based on how much power you want to make.

not tryin to beat on 10k rpm everytime, just want to build it just incase. 8.5k should be the range i want the powerband to reach it's peak... 250whp on a 2.0L all-motor should satisfy me
id rather have a motor make good horsepower to about 9200 as oppose to power falling off and being able say i can rev my motor to 10....but thats just me

I'm not tryin to show off that i can rev 10k and just want to make it handle it for one of those "oH f*** i revved too high" and like float the valve or something...

then whoever tunes it have them put a rev limiter right past the point it stops making power

Because ITB's are only good for autocross, right?

your plans sound great. i would lower the compression to around 12:1 and
have the head ported out.
aem ems is nice but you would do good with crome and save the money for a sms/rmf header
good luck
