help auto to manual conversion

hi can any one tell me detailed info of converting my 4th gen 2.2 vtec to manual transmission i have all mechanical parts available
please help

Using the search feature look in archived and recent content. You'll find plenty of good threads to help you with the conversion.

thanks what about ecu can i use the auto one or is it better to use a manual ecu
