Default which size should i go ??? 2.25" or 2.5" exhaust (recommendations highly appreciated)

So im trying to finish up my simple swap... I did the motor Sunday....Fine tuned everything Monday...did a lite wire tuck on Wednesday... Took a brake on Thursday .... And the Skunk2 Manifold on Friday and today......
SOOOOOOO.... the last thing i need to do is the exhaust...

i already have a thread going on which header to go (https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1932666) ....but now im tryin to figure out what size piping i should go with....

i know a local muffler shop that usually charges $250+ on a whole cat back exhaust but since its a buddy of mine .... he'll do it for $75 (basically payin for materials)

so any suggestions would help .... just let know ...THANKS GUYS!!!

most muffler shops don't have mandrel benders so i would suggest buying an exhaust rather than getting one made. but need a little more info, are you going to stay all motor, are you going to boost? nitrous? bigger is usually better though.

2.25" for N/A, any anywhere from 2.5" to 4" for turbo depending on power to be made (usually either 2.5" or 3").
