I know this is a sorta annoying question but what is the quietest full 3inch exhuast available for the Integra? I want to have full potential of a turbo, but if lets say I gut the cat I don't want a car thats going to be so loud that I can't relax with cops around. The only 3incher i know of is the Thermal R&D, is it any good? Would it be smart to take a muffler like an ES Oval muffler and mate it to 3inch piping?

What are your thoughts?

 

i'm going to use a 3" magnaflow muffler and get 3" piping for it .. also going to mate a resonator to it with a carsound 3" cat from a 2.5" downpipe.

i'm "hoping" this will muffle the sound a little but as extra insurance, i picked a magnaflow muffler that looks butt ugly .. basically stock-like color and dimension

 

A turbo alone will quiet down an exhaust ALOT. My friend has a 3" A'PEXi turbo N1 on his GS-T and it's pretty quiet even w/o the silencer.

a turbo will quiet the exhaust mainly at WOT. i have a 2.5 exhaust with a tanabe racing medallion and its loud as fock. i know a guy with a thermal 3in and its loud as fock too.
