Seems to be coming from the belt side...

It only makes the sound when I open the throttle just right

Sounds like a slipping belt.

 

hmmm the one thing i didnt think of
Ive been a wreck with this build...Im over-thinking everything
I'll check the alt belt (since its the only one Im running right now)

 

My thought is belt as well. Can you hold it to make that sound or its only a first glance sound? Either way i woudl check your belt.

 

i can only make it chirp - cant make it continuously

Check the tension, and make sure both the belt and the pulleys are clean.

1) too tight
2) dirty
3) too worn
