Default Quick, simple, vtec wiring question. Someone help please!

I recently picked up a crx si with a y8 head and z6 block. I'm running a z6 stock map on a chipped p28 and adjusted the timing with the dizzy so it's straight. Now for solving the other problem: vtec

All my previous hondas have had vtec pre-wired so I've never messed with it. What do I need to do to get vtec working on a p28? Right now, I have the vtec solenoid wired to a4 on the ecu. Do I need the vtec oil pressure switch wired up as well?

If so, someone please give me direction.

Thanks

Yes you do if you want Vtec to work . Just look in a haynes manual ($15.00 at autozone) for 92-95 civic and it will show just what you need
