my 89 integra was doing that last week, i just cleaned the terminals, and charged up the battery.
its fine now, have you had the alternator checked?

One of the most overlooked maintenance items besides flushing the brake system is cleaning the battery terminals. Clean them off, clean the battery connections. Start the car then disconnect the battery, if the car dies, you have a bad alternator.
Good luck.

i should have been a little more specific with my description,
the throttle cable was real loose, so i tightened it up, and after that the battery light went away. but the cel is still on and i think its throwin code 0 ( one long steady flash) when you give the car full throttle it hesitates until a higher rpm, it doesnt sputter but it just falls on its face, could it be the tps?? or fast idle valve?
hope that description is a little better
