oK...i have a 2000 civic ex with a JDM b18b. Ive had this evap check engine light forever and i think i got rid of it, im just driving around for now and hope it doesnt come back on.First off if anyone has had issues with the evap system and know how to fix it let me know.YES I HAVE CHANGED THE GAS CAP.Im throwing code 90. Second, i went today and the guy didnt say anything about my car being too low, which it is, or my exhaust which is weird. He gave me **** for yellow headlights and tint. So if anyone could help me get a sticker in MA anyway possible i am willing to travel and pay.

So, you're upset with him because he wouldn't allow illegal items on your car to pass inspection? That's his job. Why would he risk losing it just to pass your car?

Why not swap the headlights and remove the tint, and then you won't have to "travel and pay"?

 

ITs not that im mad at him for doing his job, he picked out the little things and let other **** go...im just saying its weird....and my main concern is the engine light i wouldnt mind taking off the tint and headlights if i had to i just want a sticker

 

then take that crap off and fix your car.

i worked as an inspector in NC. And the DMV guys will sit, in street clothes, in the waiting areas to watch inspectors screw up and write tickets.

Im sure its the same in every state. And not only does the person who screws up get a ticket, the shop gets one, and some times the employee loses his/her inspectors liscence and or job.

so now that you know why he is failing you for those things, just get a sticker legally
