will a 00 civic si koyo radiator fit in a crx...and work fine without modifications?

ive read that they are both 53mm...

my crx has a b16a in it, and it has manual transmission, so which radiator do i buy? thx guys.

 

buy one for a 90-93 integra, it fits perfect and has the larger openings for the b series hoses
