Need some help guys, I have a Koyo radiator and with our 4" DP..its a very very tight fit. I have tried to do some research online to no avial. Im looking for someone who own's a Koyo, Fluidyne or PWR...to possibly take a quick measurement of how thick it is.

The only info i could find online was that a Koyo is 50mm and a Fluidyne is 38mm.

That difference alone will give us the clearance we need. Im thinking of ditching the Koyo for say a Pwr or Fluidyne.... Just want to verify the measurements before i go buy something. thanks

The PWR Civic and CRX are 1.75" thick.

It'd be cheaper to make a new downpipe. I doubt you want the one you have now sitting next to the radiator.

Damn.... I was gonna steal that from Lou.

I need a narrow radiator myself. Something around 13 to 13.5" at the widest. About 1.75" deep.

The PWR is 14" wide.... FYI

hmm.. i dont think the width is going to matter much to me. Just deff need a little thinner, figure if i use the pwr, and notch the rad support just a hair, it will give me the clearence needed. We considered redoing the downpipe, but its pretty damn close to the blanket and slave cyl as it is..

But you're running a puher fan right? So you don't need the clearnace for the fan? You need it for the DP?

I too would modify that DP.
