Installing cam seal...
you have to have the cam gears off no matter what.
try removing the first cam holder (non-vtec) and see if you can push the seal out, if not then you have to remove all the cam holders and lift the cam a little. its not much work either way though. (an hour if you go slow)

which ones are you replacing? the ones on the cams by the gears yes, on the dist. side no. just the holders as mentioned above.

sure, make sure you torque everything down right. might be a good idea to replace the valve cover gasket, with honda-bond on the "bumps".
valve adjust too if it hasnt been done in a while, just good to do that stuff while the valve cover is off.
