h-brace/traction bar popping??????
i have a NRG h-brace/traction bar on my 96 hatch and after i drive for a few days it loosens the lca bolts and makes a popping noise when i go around corners. after i tighten the bolts it will stop for a few days and eventually loosen back up. what do i do to keep theese from loosening (i dont want a half a$$ band-aid, it didn't do this stock!) what torque should they (front lca, rear bolt) be tightened to? i know that the suspension must be compressed before tightening and i have done that each time but they still come loose.
Bolts shoul not be coming loose. If the proper bolts are used, and the proper locking mechanisms are in place, as well as the proper torque is applied, they will not come loose. Make sure you do some research on the bolts you're using, and make sure you're torquing them properly you shouldn't have any problems. Too much torque, and too little are just as bad as each other. and FWIW, I make bolts for a living, so I have a clue as to what I'm talking about here

well its the stock bolts that came out of the holes they are back into now so you think i have too much/little torque on them?
