Ever wonder why the donor car was smashed?

ABS helps with braking stability, not stopping distance in most cases.

the donor car was rear ended at a stop light downtown. with me in the passenger seat.... so thats why it was smashed and abs is horrible even worse in snow.

To remove the abs in your car you can go a couple different routs witch all of them are relatively easy. First - and for every way you go - you will need to get a 40/40 proportioning valve from a non abs car like an rs integra or a 99/00 si. Now you can either keep your brake booster and master cylinder and get the two lines from the rs that go from the prop valve to the front two wheels and all you will need to do is bend up two hard lines from the master cylinder to the prop valve or use stainless. Or you can get an rs master cylinder, booster and prop valve and just get the lines from an rs. And it is as simple as that.
If you are looking for new brake parts for an rs integra there are a few web sites that I know of that you can look at for parts. acuraoemparts.com and acuraautomotiveparts.org and they will have the lines and Master cylinder/booster and prop valve that you are looking for. Or if you are looking for used check your local junk yards/automotive wreckers to see what they have.

Most of the reason in changing those parts, from what I've gathered,
Is you would then need to custom bend some lines.
If you use w/e is listed in the one thread, then you can use all stock pieces.
But if you Can bend lines, or get them bent, then it seems all you need is a prop valve.

ok few questions first one might be stupid but what the hell does ftw stand for i see it every where and cant figure it out. lol.
second im removing abs for several reasons but not using the stock 40/40 valve anyone know where to get a front/rear adjustable proportioning valve. bending custom lines is about as hard as tying your shoes so thats not a problem i just want to have the ability to adjust my braking if im not going to have abs.

hahahaha FTW= FOR THE WIN!!
good luck on abs, personally never heard of an adjustable prop valve so idk about that, just buy stock rs **** and you will not have any problems, everything would be oem and you would not have abs. idk

A proportioning valve will not prevent nosedive. That is a function of suspension.
Here is some information on braking systems in general:

How is ABS worse in the snow? If you lock up your tires on wet or slick streets, stopping distances will be LONGER without ABS. ABS also serves to allow you to steer the car when panic-braking.
If it's dry, then yes locking up your tires will stop you faster than if ABS activated, but then you would also have nice flat spots on your tires.
If you drive your car on public streets, ABS can be very beneficial and can save you from a wreck. Don't say "but I'm such a hardass I don't need ABS" pfffft. Things can happen without warning, everyone gets into a situation where they panic brake and just jam the pedal as hard as they can. You can't prepare yourself for everything that might happen on the road.
If your car is a race car that's one thing, but if you drive on public streets around all the other stupid drivers in this country, I would advise you to keep ABS in the car.
