whats the best bang for the buck?
ok i got a 94 integra with a gsr motor. i have the basics header intake and exhuast. also skunk 2 intake manifold i just ordered hondata s 300. wondering what to do next. i want to do some head work but don't have a clue where to start. so im wonderin what is the best head package to give me the most power for the money
doing the head really isnt going to do much for you...
If you want a lot of power, for cheap, a turbokit is the easiest way.
For a few grand you can have more hp than a naturally aspired build could make with any amount of money.

thats true but i don't want turbo already did that to my mitsubishi it was fun but i will take a 200 plus whp honda over my mitsu any day. plus i feel you can get more respect for a high hp na over a turbo anyday. i am not lookin to do a cheap job. i have a gsr block sittin in by room that has been bored to 86mm sittin with cp pistons that are 13:1 but a comitic gasket to make close to 12:1 i just don't know were to go with the head

best bang for the buck....would probably be all blox products. The valve train and the hsl cams would produce pretty nice gains. It'll also help that you get bigger injectors and send the head out for p&p. Thats what I would do....then again, look into the jun head package, toda head package, gude (bullfrog), etc.
i was lookin at gettin 310 injectors an aem fuel rail i just need alittle more power right know when i first got it i liked the power i just need more cause im gettin bored with it

Your "peeps" don't know that it's pretty much the same system. the s100 whould work as well and is VERY cheap nowadays. They are just upgrades of each other with few things really added to them.
Best bang for the buck is obvious: turbocharge it. Done. Answer solved. Now if you don't want to do that then you need to think of what you want to do. All power is made from the head (except the compression of pistons). Get a real budget and come back here so we can asses what to buy. It won't unique by any means, but you did ask best bang for the buck
